1 Introduction and Definitions

This document forms a legal agreement between the ck888 platform and its members. "ck888", "we", "platform" or "site" refers to the online gaming service operated at https://ck888apk.cam. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any registered or unregistered person who uses this platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, and the member will be notified in advance.

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from ck888:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless a different arrangement is made for administrative reasons.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

ck888 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

6.2 Other Promotions

Weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, referral rewards and other promotions each have their own wagering requirements. The terms for each offer are clearly stated on that promotion's detail page.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• While a bonus is active, withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements are completed.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward wagering when playing with bonus funds — refer to the specific bonus terms.
• ck888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account will be subject to investigation.

7 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games on ck888 are operated by verified third-party software providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently tested.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only when it has been successfully registered in the system. Decisions regarding incomplete game sessions caused by disconnection will be made after reviewing system logs.

7.2 Sports Betting

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Termination

9.1 At the Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Please settle all pending withdrawals before making the request.

9.2 By the Platform

ck888 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms, suspected fraud, failure of age verification and prohibited activities.

9.3 Return of Valid Balance

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned subject to applicable bonus terms being met. In cases of fraudulent activity, the entire balance may be forfeited.
